What is your cancellation policy  ?

You can cancel at any time until the order has been picked up. 

What if the service performed does not suit me.

If you want to make a complaint contact us! Whether by phone or via the contact form. Be careful, however, to remain courteous. A benevolent listening and a solution will be offered to you. 

Can I change plan at any time  ?

Your package does not suit you, and you have chosen the premium or VIP package? No problem just contact us and we will offer you a solution. You have chosen a mileage package:

a) Your home is closer:  

 1) The delivery person notices it and we refund you the difference

 2) You let us know (via the contact form or by phone) and we will refund the difference.

 

b) Your home is further away:

 1) The delivery person notices it, we call you to find a solution together

 2) You let us know  (via the contact form or the phone),  we call you to find a solution together

 

Comment utiliser mes points de fidélité ou un coupon de réduction?

Depuis l'application Dîne By Wix code d'invitation à me demander par sms ou en passant depuis le site avec un téléphone portable.

Sinon via le site depuis la section Menu
